Since the Armagedon was cancelled the Organisation will slowly become a usual church. Where people will go because their parents used to. Like Orthodox church for example that is selling candles, icons and other merchandise and Orthodox followers dont mind buying it they understand it is for fun. I hope JWs one day will realise that what they do is not serious just another hobby to kill time.

Did your ability to work get affected by waking up to TTATT?
by stuckinarut2 injust curious.. when you started to wake up to the truth about the truth, did the shock and the whole experience distract you from your usual activities such as performing at your place of work?.
did you become so consumed by researching, and the subsequent factual discoveries, that it affected your ability to carry out daily tasks?.

It didn't happen with me. Even though at one point I was a pioneer I never allowed Organisation to take full control of my life. Very slowly I was studying the real truth about the truth. For about 10 years. And gradually I stopped going to the meetings and bothering with brothers and sisters. So last year when I stopped going fully it was quite easy. It didn't affect my schedule at all. I think if to drop it instantly that will come as a shock, but it didn't happen in my situation. I became a witness in a slow manner and I left it same way.

I am not dfed, but the majority of my relatives and jws avoid me. I stopped going to the meetings and when so called brothers and sisters asked me why I respond that for me there is no difference between Babylon the great and the Organisation. Both are fraud. But I always wish them good luck on their spiritual career. I find it funny how offended they get. JWs depend on human opinion to much. Thats why they avoid everyone and stay amongst themselves to convince each other that they are important. 😂

My 2018 convention review (BR)

1) neutrality means not taking sides.
jws must not have any opinions about politics, even if it affects you or your job or your social class directly.. also .

Thank you for your report Ray Frankz. Yep, the organisation is going more and more down the hill. Poor children who are raised in such a crazy environment. When this great tribulation will come I hope all JW parents will be punished first for being plainly stupid and uneducated

From my experience I think 9 out of 10 JWs are selfish people. I have seen with my own eyes how during CO week JWs avoid some of the brothers and sisters at the KH to look super spiritual in front of CO. The majority of JWs think only about their status within the organisation and they will sacrifice anything - family, children, parents etc. It is exactly the same when employees would do anything to get a promotion. So they are selfish, self-centered, weakhearted, childish and dull. I am very sorry for saying this but only a dull person will exchange spirituality over family. For me greedy material people and greedy spiritual people are the same. This world is only about them they don't care at all about the rest.

Hi, I have excellent news. I posted here before that the book I wrote was published. Four months passed by since. I didn’t ask JWs to read it, but because they were curious some did, and it made them very angry. My book is not about JWs, but one of the characters is an ex-JW and the book is mentioning some negative aspects of being a JW. I am not disfellowshiped so plenty of brothers and sisters told me nasty things and they couldn’t wait when I would be disfellowshipped. But they are fuming now, it seems I won’t be disfellowshipped. The book I wrote is fiction and it seems elders came to the conclusion that they can’t disfellowship me for a made-up story. For now, that is. I am sure they will find a way. My dear forum friends if you know any brother or sister who would love to find out the negative sides of being a JW and not be disfellowdshiped for it, please give them my book. Thank you for your support.

Being taught to explain rape when a kid
by purrpurr indoes anyone else recall in the 80s/90s that when the minor/child blood issue was discussed the jw children were taught to say that being forced to have blood would be like rape?
and then had to be able to explain what rape is?
apparently there was a court case were the drs were trying to get a court order to force a blood transfusion on a jw child, and the child said it would be like rape to her and the judge asked her to explain what rape is to see if she understood what she was saying.. that went round my cong at least as a "fine witness " and all the parents were encouraged to have their kids practice the whole "explain rape" thing.. anyone else remember this?.

by karter inafter the conviction of arch bishop phillip wilson for concealing sex abuse in the church and cardinal pell"s trial getting underway.. this leaves it wide open for the victims to seek redress.. if you are taken to court expect the wts to through you under a bus and wipe their hands of any blame.. if you think putting your assets in a trust or transfering them into your wife,childrens name...to late any lawyer will argue you only did that to stop any victim seeking redress.. i think the victims will all ready be contemplating their course of action and don't be surprised if court action is not far away.. karter..
